Trump who knows that this type of civil suit will go nowhere and open him up to dangerous discovery is raising funds off of it. Trump who incited the January 6 insurrection seeks publicity wherever he can get it, knows the aforementioned entities are not violating his first amendment rights, but enforcing their Terms Of service agreements. Only the government can infringe on your First Amendment rights, everyone knows that.
The thing that strikes us as funny is whatever lawyers filed this should be prepared to be stiffed on their legal fees as trump is renowned for that.
