14-71-4 Basic – Tape used to repair nonfood-contact surface. At chest freezer, lid and lid liner repaired using tape. This is creating an accumulation of soil on the tape and lid
03B-01-6 High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above. At steam table, chili (120°F – Hot Holding). Chili heated to 165° to hot hold. **Corrective Action Taken**
